The National Park Service (NPS), Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the furnishing, mixing, hauling, and delivering Carriage Trail Gravel Mix and other materials to support trail surfacing work for the Blue Ridge Parkways Highlands District.
