Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) for the U.S. Department of Energy, is soliciting quotations for secure on-site document shredding services at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, New York.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide secure destruction of paper-based materials, including the furnishing, servicing, maintenance, and replacement of locked collection containers located throughout the Laboratory. Services shall be performed on-site and in accordance with Department of Energy (DOE) requirements for the destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
The contractor shall provide and service approximately 40–48 locked collection containers located throughout the BNL campus on a recurring four-week schedule. Container quantities may increase or decrease during contract performance at the direction of the BNL Technical Representative. The contractor shall provide certificates of destruction with each service and maintain current NAID AAA Certification throughout contract performance.
