THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to KBA NotaSys, S.A. AVENUE DU GREY 55 LAUSANNE, 1000, SWITZERLAND for the KBA Order No. Board, Frame Grabber, 2A1-D106, KBA-AFX-GRB-V20 Part No. L0049021, used for AFX System on the Large Examining Printing Equipment (LEPE), KBA Priorietary Part. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the designated source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received by 27 January 2015 at 9:00am EST. All responses must be in writing only via email to the point of contact specified in this notice.
