INTRODUCTION:


The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bliss, TX is issuing this sources sought nottice as a mean of conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of performing manufacturer‑level repairs on four (4) Bobcat S150 Skid Steers. Information received will support the Government’s acquisition planning. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding submitted material

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:


 Overview: The contractor shall restore four (4) inoperable Bobcat S150 Skid Steers located at Fort Bliss, TX. Restoration includes repairing the electrical system, completing scheduled maintenance, repairing the cab, repairing the fuel system, replacing all tires, replacing the operator seat, repairing the Bob‑Tach system, and testing each machine to verify proper operation.


Basic Services: The contractor shall provide the appropriate number of personnel to come to Fort Bliss to complete restoration of the four (4) Bobcat S150 Skid Steers.


Electrical System: The contractor shall complete full replacement of the main, cab, and ancillary working harness, and ignition switches.


Mechanical System: The contractor shall complete the replacement of the drive belts, all filters (air, fuel, hydraulic, oil), and fluids.


Cab & Safety: The contractor shall complete the repair of the full cab frame, door kit, installation of new operator seats, new wiper kits, and lighting.


Mobility: The contractor shall complete the replacement with new solid flex tires across the fleet.


Fuel System: The contractor shall complete the repair or replacement of fuel sensors and water cooler tanks.


Bob‑Tach System & Final Testing: The contractor shall repair the Bob‑Tach system and test each machine to verify proper operation after all repairs and replacements are completed.
