Notice to Bidder Invitation to Bid (B) Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to reconstruct and improve the existing beach access facility located at 505 5th Street West, Boca Grande, Florida. The Work generally consists of demolition of the existing beach access facilities and associated site improvements, construction of a new accessible beach access system, reconstruction of the adjacent parking and pedestrian areas, installation of a prefabricated aluminum truss ADA ramp, associated foundation and support systems, site grading, drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings, signage, restoration, and all other work necessary to provide a complete and operational facility. Bidders who obtain Scope of Work/Specifications from sources other than https://leegov.ionwave.net are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete.
