The intent of the announcement is to identify capable sources that are qualified for a new contract for PROGRAM OFFICE, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Identified sources should be capable of fulfilling the requirements described herein. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.
