Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management Division is seeking proposals from Pre-Qualified Suppliers with an effective Master Service Agreement #28313 and Participating Addendum for Architectural/Engineering Services for Boiler Room Upgrades including Hydronic Heating Boiler replacements, and an Integrated Systems Testing of Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems at Brandon Correctional Centre, located at 375 Veteran’s Way in Brandon, Manitoba. A multi-disciplinary team lead by an Architect and a Mechanical Engineer with design professionals registered in Manitoba of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural disciplines. An Environmental Consultant is also required. The engagement of other professionals may be required based on the proponent’s discretion. All members of the successful proponent’s team must complete and submit non-disclosure agreement (in the form attached to this RFS), complete a level II security vetting and a Manitoba Correctional Service Institutional Access Form. Correctional Service Institutional Access Forms must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the Mandatory Pre-bid Site visit.
