The item must be manufactured in strict accordance with the current revision of NASM21296 and NASM1312-5 standards, with all work governed by the Technical Data Package Rev A Gen 3 and associated Quality Assurance Provisions. Mandatory requirements include 100 percent magnetic particle inspection, dimensional verification per FED-STD-H28/20 System 22, and stress durability testing at 75–80 percent of ultimate tensile strength for 72 hours. The contract stipulates that all hardware must be produced to the latest issued revision of the governing standard, and previously manufactured items meeting earlier current revisions remain acceptable only if produced before the solicitation date.
