Boots & Beer – Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) 26-001

The Boots and Beer project, identified as Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) 26-001, involves a finding by the City of San Juan Capistrano that public convenience or necessity would be served by approving a Type 40 license from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. This license will allow the existing Tecovas retail store, located at 31896 Paseo Adelanto, Suite 105, in San Juan Capistrano, Orange County, to provide ancillary beer service for onsite consumption to its customers. The project is managed by the City of San Juan Capistrano Development Services Department, with Jeffrey Graham serving as the contract planner.
