VIA HFR – VIA TGF Inc. (HFR) has a requirement for an intuitive, multi-disciplined, fit-for-purpose stakeholder engagement tool, capable of capturing and managing comprehensive consultations amongst many different project groups. It must easily import, export and manage large amounts of data for a highly complex, multi-level, multi-year, large infrastructure project, to bring a fast and frequent, passenger rail service through the Toronto – Québec City corridor (the Project). The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal HFR’s intention to award a contract for services to Boréal-Informations Stratégiques 2014 inc. (carrying on business under the name Boréal-Informations Stratégiques) (Boréalis) for their stakeholder engagement software which includes engagement with private, public and large scale stakeholders.
