Solicitation W912P826QA018 is issued as a 100% HUBzone Set Aaside under Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to Issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government anticipates awarding a single BPA from this solicitation from which futire calls may be placed. However the Government reserves the right to issue more than one BPA if determend to be in the Government's interest. A Master BPA will be awarded to a responsible contractor whose offer comforms to All requrements of the solicitation and has the lowest reasonable price.
The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Offeror(s). Additionally, offerors must quote on all line items to be eligible for award.
