AI Contract Overview
The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, under the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the exclusive procurement of brand-name Affinisep USA, LLC. Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) media, specifically 13 packs of AttractSPE® Disks Bio (Part: SPE-Disks-Bio-DVB-47.20-NF) and 2 packs of AttractSPE® Custom Made Pads (Part: SPE-Pads-DVB-Bio-T1.100x200.40), along with protective Pelican delivery containers and specialized shipping. This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded directly from this posting; however, the requirements outlined are definitive and will inform future procurement actions. The supplies are critical to chemical agent testing under the Applied Sciences Division and must comply with ISO 17025 accreditation and validated DoD Program of Record standards, making exact brand-name compliance non-negotiable with no substitutions or “or-equal” alternatives permitted under any circumstances. All items must originate from a single, documented production lot to eliminate batch variability and ensure analytical integrity. Direct shipment from Affinisep USA, LLC. to Dugway Proving Ground in Utah is mandatory, with no third-party handling, warehousing, or distribution allowed to prevent chemical degradation. Delivery must be completed no later than September 30, 2026, and packaging must meet strict protective standards using Pelican containers. Potential vendors must submit a 5-page capability statement via email to Amy Eilerts by June 29, 2026, detailing their ability to meet the single-lot traceability, direct-shipping, and brand exclusivity requirements, while also disclosing their business size, socioeconomic status, and whether they are an authorized distributor of Affinisep, requiring proof of authorization if applicable. Failure to meet any of these non-negotiable constraints will result in disqualification from any future solicitation, which is expected to use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method. The solicitation number is W911S626QA025, NAICS code 334516, and all information is tied to Department of Defense procurement systems, with Dugway, Utah as the sole place of performance and delivery.
