The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to enter a brand name firm-fixed price, base plus four (4), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Colt Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Carbine Parts. Only this suggested brand can furnish the requirement because the Defense Systems Unit (DSU), requires carbine parts to maintain the existing 12,000 Colt-pattern carbines owned by the FBI. The FBI is not purchasing new carbines. It is the FBI's intent to make this contract available to all DOJ law enforcement agencies. The Government intends to negotiate with authorized resellers of only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). This is a request for proposal (RFP). Offerors shall provide proposals with an authorized provider letter to the Contract Specialist via email only at contact@example.gov, no later than 2:00pm (ET) on Monday, June 9, 2025. Responses sent via other means (i.e., via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Questions can be submitted to Contract Specialist, Kayla Haley, via email at contact@example.gov, no later than 12:00pm (ET) on Monday June 2, 2025. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI utilizes a financial system that has a direct interface with the SAM. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes UEID #, EFT, addresses, and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.

Food Supply & Commissary LogisticsThe contract requires secure, daily delivery and logistics services to support all food service operations at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C., specifically ensuring the timely and safe transport of fresh produce, dairy, proteins, dry goods, and branded consumables. All deliveries must meet strict security and handling standards appropriate for a federal facility, with protocols in place to maintain product integrity, temperature control, and chain-of-custody accountability throughout the supply chain. Performance is centralized at the FBI headquarters with a ZIP code of 20535, and the contract is managed under the Department of Justice through the FBI-JEH office.
