This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 10 for market research and acquisition planning purposes only.


The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this notice.


2. NAICS Code


The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is:

3. Requirement Description


The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of the Treasury, is conducting market research to identify capable small business sources to provide brand name Ricoh InfoPrint 5000 supplies to include but not limited to black ink, ink waste tank and ink collection pad in support of the IRS Corresponding Production Services Branch.


The anticipated requirement may result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract


The contractor shall provide brand name supplies to ensure continued operation of Ricoh InfoPrint 5000.


A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review.


The Government seeks vendors capable of providing brand name supplies with a delivery period of 15-30 days after receipt of order.
