The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide commercial window maintenance and cleaning services at its campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561720. The anticipated contract structure consists of a base year and four one-year option periods. The scope of work includes scheduled interior and exterior cleaning of various window systems, including curtain wall and bullet-resistant glass, annual inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, high dusting, and hanging-light cleaning. Specifically, the CJIS Main Building requires bi-annual cleaning, while several other campus buildings, such as the Biometrics Tech Center and Police Services Building, require annual cleaning. Additionally, the contractor must provide a 24-hour emergency response for broken windows. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, evaluating the sum of recurring cleaning and inspection prices for the base and all four option years.
