D-26-TR-0125 - NOTICE OF INTENT
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to XEROX CORP, 1800 M STREET, NW, NORTH TOWER, 5TH FLOOR, WASHINGTON, DC 20036 for the purchase of PROFICIO 300 PRESS (PN: PX300) that includes supplies and services to support the Office of Training specific in-house material needs. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole Source Documentation is attached. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST will be considered by the Government. Any source capable of providing the supplies and services and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to Mr. Robert Radke at robert.j.radke@dea.gov.
