You are invited to bid on a Contract to provide bridge inspection access equipment and services for the inspection of locally-owned bridges in Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. The Work is anticipated to begin in May 2024, and to be performed through March 2025. SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via PennBid until. 11:00 am prevailing time on 5/10/2024, Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened after the specified closing time. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. Questions pertaining to any discrepancies or ambiguities in the Bid documents shall be directed to: PennBid - Messages/Vendor Discussions.
