The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for acquisition to purchase/install audio/video equipment IAW the developed statement of work to upgrade the 21st fighter squadron briefing rooms, building 447, Luke Air Force Base, AZ. The contractor shall perform all duties that are defined in the statement of work and the award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334119 and the small business size standard is 1000 emp. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded to service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a single solicitation and make a single award to one offeror. The Government is soliciting for award of a firm-fixed price contract. There will be a site visit on 28July 2010 at 1:00 PM PST. If interested in attending the site visit please contact SSgt Shelia Stoddard at 623-856-7179 x290 or by email at shelia.stoddard@luke.af.mil for base access instructions. Following the site visit, potential contractors can submit questions in writing to Shelia Stoddard until COB (4:30PM PST) 30 July 2010 by emailing them to shelia.stoddard@luke.af.mil. All questions with answers will be posted in an attachment and or an amendment on the Federal Business Opportunities pages shortly after 30 July. Contractors are responsible for submitting their responses by 05 Aug 2010 at 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to be considered timely. In addition to the submission of offeror's pricing proposal, the offeror shall include a brief technical summary (not to exceed 3 pages) demonstrating the offeror's understanding and approach in fulfilling all aspects of the statement of work, including but not limited to integration of existing Government-furnished materials/equipment. Offers shall be submitted electronically, or FAX's to (623) 856-3447. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is "late" and will not be considered unless, it is the only quote received.
