This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Brock Identification Cards Vendor of Record (VOR), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around July 2026.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
