The Mesquite Independent School District is accepting Proposals to establish a contract for various types of Instructional Materials and Classroom Teaching Supplies, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Equipment and Services . Because individual campuses require different equipment, supplies, and/or services, this Proposal Invitation is a request for Pricing and discount off catalog or price list for supplies, materials, and equipment; and an hourly not-to-exceed rate for labor if applicable. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. The term of this contract shall commence upon the date of award and shall continue through June 30 of the award year. The contract may be renewed annually, upon mutual agreement, with all renewals not to extend beyond May 31, 2031. Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 §§200.317 through 200.327.
