All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.net at no cost to prospective bidders. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00.
