Building 1001 HVAC Repair - Joint Force Training Base

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 1001 HVAC Repair - JFTB located at Joint Forces Training Base, 4201 Saratoga Ave Building 101, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Work to include: The contractor shall supply all equipment, tools, materials, programming and labor to repair identified failed Dakin VRV III Systems. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title ¿BID FOR EVENT# 32473 - DO NOT OPEN¿. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/27/2024, at 2:00 PM at Joint Forces Training Base, 4201 Saratoga Ave Building 101, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at contact@example.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air- Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at contact@example.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 9/3/2024. Email subject lines must state ¿RFI FOR EVENT# 32473¿. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 9/17/2024 at 2:00 PM.
