The repairs include but not limited to: • Roof repairs to the north side lean-to and south side lean-to by removing the existing metal roof, repairs to roof sheeting where required, reusing the existing metal roof as much as possible. • Asbestos siding removal along the north side & west side of the lower north lean-to wall; south side lower lean-to wall; east side upper wall; ease side lower lean-to wall. • Repair remaining asbestos siding using existing available asbestos siding material or approved alternative. • Remove 17 windows, frame-in, sheet, tyvek and metal clad. • Remove 1 double door and install a 9’x7’ overhead door. • Repair structural middle (6th) post inside main storage area. • Replace east side exterior wall and reinforce joists ~ 20 feet.
