Building 19 Repairs

Repairs are required for Building 19 at 235 Cooke Avenue in the Gimli Industrial Park, focusing on structural, roofing, and exterior envelope upgrades. Key work includes removing and rehabilitating the metal roof on both the north and south lean-tos, reusing existing materials where feasible, and repairing damaged roof sheeting.
