The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a new construction requirement in support of the U.S. Army Garrison - Devens RFTA for the removal and reinstallation of a new drop-ceiling grid system and tiles located at Devens RFTA Building 623, Hall of Flags Conference Center, 42 Quebec Street, Devens, MA 01434.
