With an estimated magnitude between 10 billion and 25 billion Japanese Yen, the scope involves the removal and replacement of failing building systems, including the roof, windows, elevators, HVAC, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Prequalification packages must be submitted in PDF format via email to the designated contracting officials by 1400 hours Japan Standard Time on September 9, 2026. Submissions are limited to 50 pages and must include a cover page, the Construction Experience Information Sheet (Attachment I), and Past Performance Questionnaires or CPARS reports (Attachment II).
