The Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Medical Readiness (N10D) directorate requires professional support services to oversee force health, deployability, suitability screening, Family Readiness, and disability evaluation processes. The Contractor shall provide policy analysis, data engineering, training development, process improvement, and administrative support across the following functional portfolios: Family Readiness & Specialized Care; Accessions & Retentions; Disability & Limited Duty; Force Health & Individual Medical Readiness.  N10Ds operations are central to the future requirements of Navy Medicine as it relates to a Medically Ready Force, and will continue to expand through new policies and additional requirements.  This ever-changing landscape necessitates additional support to be able to continue current operations and meet the increased need of future operations.
