Bids will be received by the Owner at Burke County Board of Commissioners Office at 602 Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830, until Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 12:00 pm Eastern. All received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the said office during the Burke County Finance Committee meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 9:00 am Eastern. The project includes pavement rehabilitation for Runway 08/26, including milling of existing pavement, crack sealing and/or placement of an interlayer, and installation of a new asphalt wearing surface. Additional full-depth repairs may be required in areas of anomalous cracking based on geotechnical analysis and field evaluation. The project also includes remarking of all affected airfield pavements in accordance with FAA standards.
