The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans or the Agency) is seeking a qualified Design-Builder for this Design-Build Solicitation. Important Note: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued only to those who submitted Letters of Interest (LOI) in response to the "Burlington Winooski BF RAIZ(2) & Burlington STP 5000(29) Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI)," advertised on 11/21/2025, and who were invited to submit proposals (Shortlisted Proposers ). https://vtrans.vermont.gov/contract-admin/bids-requests/design-build REQUEST ACCESS TO RFP DOCUMENTS All documents associated with this Request for Proposals (RFP), including the RFP documents and attachments, supporting information, Question and Answer responses, addenda, and other notifications, are maintained on a secure SharePoint site. Interested parties who wish to review the RFP documents must request access by contacting: Angie Farrington Angie.Farrington@vermont.gov The access request must include the following information: • Individual's Name • Company Name • Email Address Upon receipt of the requested information, access to the SharePoint site containing the RFP documents will be provided. Once access has been granted, interested parties and proposers are responsible for periodically reviewing the SharePoint site for all notifications, releases, Question and Answer responses, addenda, and other information associated with the RFP. The State will not individually notify interested parties or proposers when new information or updates are posted. It is the responsibility of each proposer to ensure that it has reviewed all information issued in connection with the RFP prior to submitting a proposal.
