REBID of Bus Shelter Cleaning & Light Maintenance Services Project #13-2026 for the SCTA

The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive bus shelter cleaning and light maintenance services for 78 shelters across Lancaster and Berks Counties, Pennsylvania, with 41 located in Lancaster County and 37 in Berks County. The contract has a base term of one year beginning October 1, 2026, with two optional one-year extensions, potentially extending the agreement through September 30, 2029. Services include weekly trash removal from 20-gallon bins surrounding each shelter, cleaning of glass panels and benches, biohazard cleanup, and mandatory power washing of all shelters by April 15 and October 15 each year.
