Limited Sources Justification Upon the basis of the following justification, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(c), I, as Contracting Officer, hereby approve the use of sources limited to fewer than those required in FAR 8.405-2, pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3102 as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) where In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. - 3102 et seq. and 40 U.S.C. - 501). The requirement is to provide additional Business Management Dashboard (BMD) development and support for ICE. In support of OCFO's mission to link strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting, OAC developed a reporting solution based on Oracle's Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) technology, Business Management Dashboard (BMD). BMD integrates data from disparate sources into a common repository to provide an integrated suite of tools that support executive reporting, performance management metrics, analysis, data collection, and ad hoc reporting. The existing BMD provides ICE with a single reporting tool that automates routine data reconciliation and reporting tasks such that fewer resources are required to gather and make sense of data and more resources are available to focus on analysis. The BMD tool further supports increased transparency and accountability through improvements to the quality, consistency, and quantity of information available as well as improved presentation, analytical, and decision support tools for leaders at all levels of the organization. Total amount of $844,565.00.
