This contract is for Architectural-Engineering (A-E) services involving preparation of studies, plans, specifications, design, reports, cost estimates and all associated engineering services in support of Navy and other DOD various Environmental Compliance programs. The primary geographic area covered by this contract encompasses the following Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Navy Regions: - Naval District Washington (NDW) - Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA) - Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) - Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, SW Asia (CNREURAFSWA) Some task orders occasionally may provide support described herein to Navy regions outside the primary area of focus including the remaining NAVFAC Atlantic AOR and NAVFAC Pacific AOR. The contractor may also, on occasion, be tasked to provide support described herein to any DoD or other federal agency for tasks either within the primary geographic areas or worldwide. The work to be performed requires Architectural-Engineering (A-E) services involving preparation of studies, plans, specifications, design, reports, cost estimates and all associated engineering services in support of Navy and other DOD various Environmental Compliance programs. The primary tasks anticipated under this are Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) and Assets Compliance; Oil Spill Preparedness and Planning Compliance; Air Quality and Clean Air Act (CAA) Compliance; Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Compliance; Clean Water Act Compliance (Storm Water); Clean Water Act Compliance (Wastewater); Waste Management.
