C--Indefinite Delivery Contract for Architect-Engineering Services for the Mobile District, South Atlantic Division, in Support of the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and other Federal Health Systems

This Indefinite Delivery Contract provides architect-engineering services for the Mobile District of the South Atlantic Division to support the U.S. Army Medical Command and other Federal Health Systems. The scope of work focuses on comprehensive healthcare planning, including master planning, space evaluation, and Military Construction project planning for new and existing medical facilities. Key technical requirements include the use of the Space Equipment Planning System, medical equipment planning, and the execution of planning charrettes and corporate healthcare studies. The contract also encompasses detailed assessment and design services, specifically targeting code deficiencies, Joint Commission compliance, and facility condition assessments using the Corps of Engineers Builder system. Additional responsibilities include environmental assessments, seismic evaluations, and economic analyses. The design component covers architectural finishes, infrastructure, and utility systems for medical facilities, as well as the preparation of Design-Build Request for Proposal packages.
