Architect-Engineer Contract for Construction Phase Support Services for the CENTCOM AOR. The firm will provide local national (LN), third country national (TCN), and/or US citizen subject matter experts to perform on-site construction phase support services for assigned projects in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). TAM requires Construction Schedulers, Data Analysts, Office Engineers, Project Engineers and Quality Assurance Representatives. These employees will perform various construction phase support services Government personnel will retain final decision-making authority on contractor performance. The firm may be required to provide construction phase services needed to assist the Government in achieving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications.
