The Cheyenne VA Medical Center is seeking professional architect and engineering firms for project 442-11-103, focusing on Mechanical Systems Upgrades and Renovations, Phase 1. The scope of work includes investigative services, construction documents, and administration for several key tasks: replacing an emergency back-up air cooled DX chiller for surgery and ICU systems, upgrading HVAC systems in three administrative out-buildings to meet energy and ventilation standards, evaluating the relocation of mechanical equipment in the Community Living Center basement, and assessing the replacement of a roof top cooling unit for the Veterans Benefits Administration building.
