THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 --Soliciting Competition; This Notice of intent is to provide sole source support for a Technical Post Occupancy Evaluation (TPOE) on the Medical Dental Clinic at MacDill AFB to Rogers, Lovelock & Fritz, Inc. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide the services required. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than noon Central Time, March 29, 2015. All responses must be in writing and are to be sent via email to the Contract Specialst at contact@example.gov. NOTHING HEREIN SHOULD BE MISCONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, QUOTES OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION IS AVAILABLE NOR WILL BE ISSUED.
