The project will include the following: renovations of the existing Surgery Outpatient Clinics within the North Basement Area of the VAMC Wilkes-Barre. Work under Surgery OP Renovations will include architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical/HVAC design for the proposed location. Design will include the application of VA space criteria to provide for the proper program space. Asbestos and lead paint removal may also be encountered under this project. The estimated construction budget is $250,000 - $500,000. The area of consideration for this acquisition is restricted to firms within 75 driving miles of the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre.
