The New York State Department of Health, Office of Health Insurance Programs, Division of Operations and Systems (the Department) is extending contract number C014305 with CSRA, State and Local Solutions LLC. for one (1) year from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025 with two optional one (1) year renewals. The one-year (1-year) extension would increase the contract value by $144,802,097 with the optional two (2) one (1) year extensions being in the amount of $149,727,026 and the second extension in the amount of $158,837,286 . The Department requires an extension to the CSRA eMedNY contract (C014305) to maintain the State’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) functionality and continue providing MMIS fiscal agent services, while the Department continues to align the overall procurement strategy to it’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) roadmap.
