C02 Fire Suppression & Gas Detection Inspection

OC Public Works is soliciting firm price bids for solicitation 080-3129604-RE - A to obtain qualified contractors for semiannual and annual preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and related repair services for CO2 fire-suppression and gas-detection systems. The work is located at the Central Utilities Facility and specifically serves the Solar Turbine Package units. Services must be performed during nonpeak operational hours, typically weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and must be coordinated with the CUF Plant Manager. The scope includes inspecting enclosure integrity for agent leakage and calibrating sensors according to manufacturer and Underwriters Laboratory specifications.
