This contract solicitation is a presolicitation for Architect-Engineer (A/E) design services to correct structural deficiencies at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, under Project Number 589A4-27-100, with the solicitation number 36C25526R0136. The procurement is fully set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) A/E firms in compliance with FAR 52.219-14 and VAAR 852.219-73, and only entities verified in the System for Award Management (SAM) database are eligible to respond. The work scope requires comprehensive design services including the development of 100% final bid documents, as-built drawings, and electronic deliverables in PDF, AutoCAD, and Revit formats, all aligned with VA-specific standards such as PG-18 series, VHA National CAD Standards, Barrier Free Design, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, and other referenced technical guidelines.
