Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to repair the existing microgrid system. The project includes the demolition of the existing solar panels, inverters, battery bank, and associated appurtenances. The project also includes providing, installing, and testing new solar panels, inverters, automatic transfer switch, battery banks, and reconnection to existing electrical system, including backup generator at: Red Rock State Park in Kern County, California.

Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website.
Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to contact@example.gov NO LATER THAN 2 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed.
Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation.
Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
Public Works Contractor Registration Program: SB 854: 1) No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. 2) No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. 3) This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
