Contractor shall Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to provide Routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and on-call diagnostic services for heating, ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems located throughout Millerton Lake Recreation Area and its Satellite employee residences. complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto. Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from the Department of General Services¿ (DGS) website at: https://caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/Events-BS3/event-search.aspx. Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by including your comments directly to Contracts.CVD@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN 2 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date. Answers will be provided by Addendum which will be posted within the Bid Solicitation located on the Cal eProcure website stated above. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addenda as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE); The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.
