The scope of work shall include refuse disposal services only. The Department will provide and maintain its own refuse containers/bins, and the Contractor shall be responsible for the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse from the Department-provided containers. Contractor shall ensure that all container lids are securely closed prior to dumping the contents of the container to prevent waste or debris from falling or escaping during the dumping process and to prevent damage to the lid or truck during the dumping process.
