This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation for quotes/bids.

The San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex Headquarters located at 1080 Gunpowder Point Drive 1 Chula Vista, CA 91910 requires the removal of two existing outdoor drinking fountains and the installation of one outdoor, ADA-compliant drinking fountain with an integrated bottle refill station to provide potable water access for visitors and staff. The unit will be installed on an existing concrete foundation that currently has two drinking fountains connected to an existing potable water line.
