AI Contract Overview
This contract specifies the procurement of a single cable assembly with NSN 6150-01-666-6420 under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-11CV, requiring delivery within 20 days to Camp Pendleton, California, with FOB origin terms and zero variance in quantity. The item must comply with stringent technical and quality standards referenced from the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, including packaging per MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking per MIL-STD-129, with no special marking codes applied. Physical identification of the item must adhere to RQ017, and cybersecurity compliance requires a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment. Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent zero-defect criteria, with acceptance occurring at the destination point after delivery. The cable assembly must be shipped via traceable means, explicitly prohibiting parcel post, and freight must be directed to the designated Distribution Management Office at Camp Pendleton. Packaging follows DLA-specific requirements for palletization and containerization using E5 units with no cushioning material. The contract mandates compliance with all applicable DLA packaging directives, material handling, and government identification protocols, including removal of government markings from non-accepted items. The procurement is managed by the Department of Defense’s ASC Commodities Division with Gloria Frimpong as the primary point of contact and an established required delivery date of July 10, 2026.
