The County of Hawaii is seeking to procure cable management systems through a formal RFQ process, with the solicitation numbered RFQ #pa.01342 (zm). The contract aims to supply and deliver these systems to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Hilo, with an estimated contract value ranging from $50,000 to $150,000. Vendors interested in participating must complete and submit the designated RFQ form (PP for Goods 09-21-23), ensuring all required fields, including the fax number and exceptions box, are filled out before submitting their quote. The process emphasizes strict adherence to submission guidelines, as incomplete forms or communication outside the designated Bid Contact may result in disqualification. All responses must be submitted by May 1, 2025, and the award will be made as a single lot, requiring vendors to quote on all line items to be considered. Vendors are encouraged to register with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) prior to responding, as compliance is mandatory for awards exceeding $2,500, in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes. The procurement process also allows vendors to submit bids based on active State of Hawaii price and vendor list contracts, with applicable terms replacing those in the RFQ if an award is made. Communication regarding the RFQ is limited to written inquiries directed to the specified Bid Contact through Public Purchase, and no oral explanations will be provided. Successful vendors will receive a purchase order via email, and the contract terms will be governed by the conditions outlined in the solicitation and any applicable vendor list contracts.
