Cactus Club Hotel

The Cactus Club Hotel project involves the reconfiguration of three existing parcels into four new parcels totaling approximately 12.65 acres, with development planned for a two-story, 20-room hotel on Parcel 1 and related infrastructure. Construction is scheduled across five phases from January 2023 to February 2024, encompassing site preparation, grading, building construction, paving, and architectural coating.
