AI Contract Overview
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is conducting market research under solicitation number CAFC-PCS-26-0001 to identify qualified small businesses and other vendors capable of supplying goods and services across multiple categories including facilities and renovation services, office and courtroom furniture, information technology and audio-visual equipment, telecommunications, legal and research subscriptions, security services, professional and consulting services, office and IT supplies, and transportation and event support. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposals, or a commitment to award any contract. Vendors are invited to submit capability statements detailing their ability to meet the Court’s needs by the response deadline of August 30, 2026. All submissions will be used solely to assess market capacity and inform future procurement decisions. The procurement is managed by the Court’s Procurement Department based in Washington, DC, with primary point of contact available via email and phone. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to regularly monitor the Court’s dedicated Business Opportunities webpage as many lower-dollar-value opportunities are posted exclusively there and not on SAM.gov. This initiative aims to expand the pool of known, capable vendors to support the Court’s judicial and administrative operations. Responses will not be treated as formal offers or proposals, and no award is guaranteed. The agency, part of the Judicial Branch, is seeking to better understand the availability and scope of services in the private sector to enhance its procurement efficiency and vendor diversity.
