NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION NUMBER: M67004-13-Q-9034 Synopsis: The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement for calibration of dimensional, electrical, frequency, mass, force, mechanical, and thermodynamic measuring devices to Naval Systems, Inc, 8551-1 Westside Industrial Drive, Jacksonville, FL 42219, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The period of performance for the blanket purchase agreement is five (5) years. Awarding a sole source award to a service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern is authorized or required by statute as set forth in FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) and pursuant to the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f). An approved Justification and Approval is on file in the contracting office. This is not a request for quotes or proposals.
