The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with Firstmark Aerospace Corporation, CAGE: 3BMV1, for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is for QTY 1 EA of part number 2591553-901, NSN 6605-00-032-6306, Calibrator Set, Magnetic Compass for the French Ministry of Air Force (FMoAF) E-2C aircraft.  


The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
