All work is performed in medians and issued through multiple callouts, with each callout requiring completion within ten working days of issuance. The contract extends through December 31, 2027, and operates under a unit price basis where payment is made only for work actually performed, as specified in the bid and governed by the April 1, 2026 edition of the Tennessee Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, along with supplemental provisions and special requirements.
